What is VVIP Preview?

VVIP Preview, also known as soft launch, of new property launches is a special invitation extended to interested buyers before its actual launch. The idea  is to allow the developer to gauge the response from the public before launching the development. As the prices during official launch are often higher than during preview, buyers will find this time the best to secure their choice units. This is because for projects of high demand, developers will raise the prices of new released units once those released are sold out. This will continue batch by batch until all the units are sold out.

In short, VVIP Preview allows you to be one of the first to view the showroom and gives you the privilege of securing your choice units at the best prices.

Importance of Priority Booking

Priority booking of your choice units is a must as there may be other buyers looking at your chosen units. Hence if you do not make a booking, these units may be gone on the preview day. Priority bookings also allow you to secure your units without the need of visiting the showroom on preview day itself. Sometimes balloting may also take place if there are more than one buyer placed bookings for the same unit. Therefore participating in priority bookings will give you the best chances in securing your choice units.

However, please be assured that there are absolutely no obligations in this procedure. Upon price release on the preview day, you can still decide if you want to go ahead with your purchase or to withdraw if you are not comfortable with the prices.

  1. How do I register myself for the VIP Preview?
    VIP Preview refers to private preview of Show flat prior to Public Launch. It requires registration with the management in order for a queue number on the actual day of preview. To register yourself for the VIP Preview, simply fill-in the form at the bottom of the page in respective projects and we will get in touch with you within 1 working day.
     
  2. How much do I have to pay for my first deposit?
    Your first payment is 5% of your purchase price, following by 15% that is payable in 3 weeks when meeting up with your solicitor.
     
  3. How can I be updated of the upcoming launches?
     Fill up the application form @ Contact Us and we will keep you posted on the latest property launches and updates.
     
  4. How can I get the brochure?
    There will be a form at the bottom of each project. Simply sign up @ the form and the brochure will be email to you
